Mast, Starwood break ground on 73-unit Perigon in Miami Beach

Starwood, Mast Building Miami Beach Condos

Starwood Capital Group and Mast Capital broke ground on The Perigon, a 17-story residential property at 5333 Collins Avenue, on the beach, in Miami Beach. The Perigon offers 73 residences within its glass tower. In addition to outside terraces, each residence provides two to four bedrooms, a professional kitchen, and ocean views.

The Perigon boasts an oceanfront restaurant and speakeasy exclusive to residents and their guests, as well as a beachside swimming pool, comprehensive wellness center, and expansive relaxation and entertainment areas. It’s expected to be completed in 2026. Moss Construction is in discussion with Mast to be the general contractor, and OMA Architecture & Design are the architects of record.

The venture obtained ownership of the 2.43-acre site by buying out most units in the dated La Costa condo, terminating the association, and demolishing the older building.

Prices start at $4.5 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively handling sales.
