Stark Office Suites Extends Lease with Jack Resnick & Sons in Plaza District

Stark Office Suites, a provider of flexible, high-end shared office spaces in New York City, signed a 10-year extension of its lease agreement with Jack Resnick & Sons at 110 E. 59th St., its Class A Office Tower located immediately off Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan’s Plaza District.

The Stark suites total 26,568 square feet across the entire 22nd and 23rd floors. As part of the lease extension agreement, Resnick and Stark will partner on significant physical upgrades to the Stark Suites space. Planned upgrades include new marble reception areas, updated common areas and meeting spaces, upgraded kitchenettes, entirely new restrooms and an overall modernized design.

“We are pleased to extend our long-term agreement with Stark Office Suites at 110 E. 59th St. and to ensure Stark’s clients’ continuing benefit from a best-in-class office environment in the heart of this premier business district,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons.
