Starbucks, Inland Bank Join Wheeling MXU Tenant Mix
The Lynmark Group has added Starbucks and Inland Bank to the tenant mix at its mixed-use Wheeling Town Center project in Wheeling, IL. They’re joining CMX Cinemas and City Works Eatery and Pour House as the first commercial tenants at Wheeling Town Center, a 16-acre development that also includes 300 luxury rentals.
Joshua Goldstein, president of Lynmark, said the project will result in “a downtown for Wheeling that will be a destination for surrounding neighbors and surrounding suburban visitors alike. This historically underutilized part of Wheeling will be completely transformed by these tenants and the comprehensive community-focused space to come.”
The Starbucks is scheduled to open later this year, featuring a drive-through and outdoor patio seating on a 2,100-square-foot plot. Inland Bank, similarly situated with a 2,000-square-foot footprint, will also have a drive-through and open in late 2018. It will be the Oak Brook, IL-based bank’s 11th Chicagoland location.
