Star Metals Residences in West Midtown Receives Certificate of Occupancy

Real estate firm The Allen Morris Co. has received its certificate of occupancy for the initial phase of Star Metals Residences, the residential component of the Star Metals Atlanta mixed-use development in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood.

Located at 1050 Howell Mill Road, the initial phase features 186 units in a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. A second phase consisting of an additional 223 units is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2020. Amenities at the community include a resort-style rooftop lounge with pool, indoor/outdoor space with panoramic views of the Atlanta skyline, grilling areas, fire pits and a fitness center opening onto the pool terrace.

Star Metals Atlanta is a $344 million project which will include a 267,000-square-foot office building with 40,000 square feet of retail and showroom space, 409 apartment units and a 176-key hotel.
