Stanton Road Acquires 634K-SF Trinity Towers

Stanton Road Capital acquired the 634,381-square-foot Trinity Towers in Dallas from JP Realty Partners. The recently renovated, Class A asset at 2777 N. Stemmons Fwy. sold for an undisclosed price. The property is assessed at $44.6 million. CBRE’s Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, Evan Stone, John Alvarado, Jared Chua, and Robert Hill represented the seller.

The property, which delivered in the early 1980s, is situated in the Medical/Love Field area of Dallas, and is 97% occupied. Tenants include Aetna, Children’s Medical Center and Southwest Airlines. On-site amenities include a full-service deli, conference center and fitness center.

“Trinity Towers presented investors with an exceptional asset located within Dallas’s premier emerging marketplace,” Carr said. “The building’s outstanding tenants and low-risk upside potential attracted a wide range of investor interest.”
