Stanmore Warner Ranch Gets High Marks for Location

Transwestern Investment Group (TIG) is partnering with Stanmore Partners to develop Stanmore Warner Ranch. The 336-unit multifamily project is located at 2630 S. A.W. Grimes Blvd. in Round Rock.

“We believe the asset’s location near major employment centers in North Austin and Round Rock, and accessibility from major thoroughfares makes Stanmore Warner Ranch an attractive investment opportunity,” said Greg Laczkowski, managing director at TIG. “Those attributes, coupled with Stanmore Partners’ history of delivering successful class-A multifamily projects, will provide renters with a high-quality community at a rent level that compares well with surrounding properties.”

With seven garden-style buildings, the property is situated along the Interstate 35 corridor at the intersection of South A.W. Grimes Boulevard and State Highway 45. Stanmore Warner Ranch is positioned near several of North Austin’s top employers including Dell’s world headquarters, St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Apple and Samsung.
