Stanley Snags San Jose Complex for $30M

The Stanley Group, Inc. purchased Valley Office Centre, a two-building complex in San Jose from Green Valley Corp. for $29.7 million. The property contains adjacent two-story multi-tenant office buildings totaling 72,832 square feet, and is located at 2611/35 North First St.
Stanley Group, Inc.’s Russ Stanley says, “We are excited to acquire arguably the best site in North San Jose. This prime five-acre corner parcel is perfectly positioned for future redevelopment, given its location, prominence, size and zoning.”
The site is located directly on North First St. with a VTA stop in front of the complex, and has a specialty zoning of TEC (Transit Employment Center) allowing for significant density and a multitude of uses including corporate campus or high-density housing,
