Standard to Build Affordable Units in Woodbridge 

Standard Communities has broken ground on a 240-unit 100% affordable community in Woodbridge, VA. Known as Jefferson Plaza Apartments, this project in Prince William County represents an investment of approximately $67.5 million. 

Funded through Virginia Housing and Freddie Mac, Jefferson Plaza Apartments sits on the former site of a shopping center, the transit-oriented development will feature a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The commjunity will offer 354 parking spaces, a 3,000 square foot club room, co-working space, a fitness center, secure bike storage, a playground and a dog park. Residents will have access to an adjacent park.
