Stan Johnson Co. Brokers Sale of 180K-SF Manufacturing Portfolio in Greenfield
Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the sale of a 180,000-square-foot manufacturing portfolio in Greenfield, MA. The sales price was not disclosed.
The facility, which is currently leased to Schweitzer-Mauduit International (NYSE: SWM), was acquired by Derossi Commercial, a private investor. Mollie Alteri, Joey Odom, Mike Sladich and Maggie Holmes of Stan Johnson Company represented the seller, a partnership between Jera Partners LLC and a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC, in the transaction.
“This was an opportunity for a buyer to acquire a highly sophisticated and essential manufacturing operation of a publicly-traded, global tenant on a long-term lease,” said Alteri. “Despite market headwinds, essential industrial users with strong credit profiles will continue to attract activity as the investment market embarks on a selective flight-to-quality in the near-term.”
