Stan Johnson Co. Brokers Sale of 106K-SF Industrial Facility in Jacksonville

Commercial real estate investment sales brokerage Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the sale of a 106,000-square-foot industrial facility in Jacksonville. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 1200 Ellis Road North, the facility is currently leased to Coleman Worldwide Moving, a full-service moving and storage business. The property also features long-term double net master leases with sublease tenants that occupy a portion of the facilities.

Jimmy Ullrich represented the seller, a private equity group based in South Florida, in the transaction. A Salt Lake City, Utah-based investor, the Ninigret Group, acquired the property.
