Stan Johnson Co. Brokers $23M Sale of Amazon-Leased Facility in Clearwater

Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the $23 million sale of a 106,000-square-foot distribution facility leased to Amazon in Clearwater, FLA.

Located at 13133 34th St. N. in Clearwater, the property was originally built in 1980 and was fully renovated in 2019. It is situated on nearly nine acres and is adjacent to Macy’s operations center and Raymond James’ headquarters.

Craig Tomlinson, John Zimmerman and Rocco Driscoll of Stan Johnson Co. represented the 1031 exchange buyer, a New Jersey-based syndicator, in the transaction. The seller, a private local partnership group, was represented by Bruce Vaughan of Vaughan Commercial.
