Stan Johnson Co. Arranges $1M Sale of Net-Leased Hardee’s in Alabama

Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the $1.2 million sale of a retail property net-leased to Hardee’s restaurant in Florala, AL.

Located at 23598 5th Ave., the quick service restaurant is 3,490 square feet and was built in 1985. The property is located in Florala, on the Alabama-Florida border and is operated by one of the largest franchisees in the Hardee’s system. The restaurant is operated on an absolute triple net lease.

Mike Matter of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, an individual investor from Seal Beach, CA. The buyer, a private investor from Long Beach, CA, was represented by Marcus & Millichap.
