STAG Industrial Unloads Final San Antonio Property

STAG Industrial of Boston, MA exited San Antonio with the sale of a 247,861-square-foot warehouse in Cornerstone Business Park, on the city’s northeast side. Exeter Property Group acquired the property, which is home to Victory Packaging.

STAG acquired the 30-year-old property at 1610 Cornerway Blvd. in 2016. Though the company sold its remaining area property, it still owns 29 properties in Texas, and more than 380 commercial real estate assets across 37 states.

Buyer Exeter Property Group of Pennsylvania is no stranger to San Antonio, having acquired a 195,000-square-foot warehouse at 1410 S. Callaghan Rd. in 2015. The facility is home to an Amazon fulfillment center.
