STAG Industrial Buys in Schaumburg

Entre Commercial Realty recently completed the sale of a 67,817-square-foot single-tenant industrial building at 710 E. State Pkwy. in Schaumburg, IL. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

An affiliate of Boston-based STAG Industrial acquired the property. The property has been occupied by Advance Auto Parts and its affiliate, Worldpac, since 2006.

In 2019, the two tenants expanded into the entire building under a new long-term lease extension.

Located within three miles of many of the country’s major automotive dealer brands and a plethora of vehicle service stations, AAP/Worldpac utilizes the building to provide just-in-time delivery of automotive parts and accessories to its customers.

Entre’s Dan Benassi, Dan Jones and Sam Deihs represented the seller.
