Stackpath Lease Brings McKinney & Olive to 100% Occupancy

Stackpath inked a deal for an additional 17,263 square feet at Dallas’ McKinney & Olive, officially bringing the 530,000-square-foot, multitenant mixed-use building to 100% occupancy on the office side. Stackpath currently occupies 27,430 square feet at the property, located in Dallas’ Uptown submarket.

  • Other tenants recently taking space at 2021 McKinney Ave. include:
  • Bonanza Capital Ltd., 2,556 square feet
  • Robo Global LLC, 2,452 square feet
  • BNP Paribas, 2,079 square feet

The asset was developed and is owned by Crescent Real Estate LLC and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Brokers involved in the recent transactions include John Zogg (Crescent); Clay Vaughn and Perry Wood (CBRE) and Calvin Hull (JLL). McKinney & Olive, designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, is situated on 3.1 acres, and opened in 2016.
