Stacey Supply Takes Down Pasadena Space

Stacey Supply Corp. signed a new lease for 22,000 square feet at 2915 Pasadena Blvd. in Pasadena, TX. Landlord and developer Myte Associates, operating under the name of Houston Industrial Development LLC, owns the speculative warehouse/office space, which is situated on 1.6 acres.

Clay Pritchett with NAI Partners represented the landlord, which is based in Spring Valley, NY. Sarah Hoffman negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

The property is part of a business park dubbed Pasadena Point Industrial Park, the first phase of which delivered in 2015. The 6.5-acre industrial site also contains a 19,000-square-foot building. Myte Associates was the developer, and GRA Gulf Coast Construction the general contractor.
