St. Regis Residences in Boston Go Vertical
Cronin Development has announced that construction has gone vertical on The St. Regis Residences, a 114-unit residential tower in Boston.
Located at 150 Seaport Boulevard, the residential-only tower features a design from Elkus Manfredi Architects that mimics the curvilinear shape of a tall ship at sail. The tower’s 114 luxury condominiums will range from one-bedroom condominiums to penthouse homes, each with views of Boston Harbor. The building will also include a restaurant with an outdoor terrace that will provide in-residence private dining as well as cater to residents, guests and neighbors.
General contractor John Moriarty and Associates is constructing the tower. Throughout the first phase of construction, work was centered on the foundation, which is comprised of 10,500 cubic yards of reinforced concrete with load bearing walls and structural elements mounted on bedrock. Now, the project begins its ascent and formation of the building’s unique structural design and billowing form
