St. Louis Industrial Developer Breaks Ground on Its First Central SC Project

Summit Real Estate Group has broken ground Pineview Trade Center, a 351,540-square-foot, Class A, industrial speculative building at Pineview Industrial Park in Columbia, SC. Scheduled to deliver in the fourth quarter, it’s St. Louis-based Summit Real Estate Group’s first development in central South Carolina.

Pineview Trade Center is situated on a 34-acre site designed to accommodate a variety of manufacturing and distribution users with an ESFR fire protection system, LED lighting, 36-foot clear heights, a 185-foot deep truck court, 68 dock-high doors and 80 trailer parking spaces. The building will be subdividable to 100,440 square feet of space.

Pineview Industrial Park is located a mile from I-77, which connects within six miles to I-26 (North and South) and within 15 miles to I-20 (East and West). Access to I-95 and I-85 through I-26 ensures access to every market in the Southeast.

Colliers’ industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews, Thomas Beard and John Peebles will handle leasing and marketing for the park.
