St. Louis Business Park Pre-leases 382K SF of New Expansion
CBRE has pre-leased 382,105 square feet to four tenants at Aviator Business Park, a 155-acre Class A industrial park in Hazelwood, MO. The firm’s Katie Haywood and John Frith handled lease negotiation on behalf of the landlord and developer, Panattoni Development Company Inc.
The pre-leased space is part of Aviator Business Park’s latest expansion with three new facilities totaling 603,978 square feet. The new tenants include Pretium Packaging with 178,128 square feet, Federal Moving and Storage with 97,734 square feet, Community Wholesale Tire with 76,058 square feet and Rivian with 30,185 square feet.
“The North County submarket is experiencing record occupancy and this preleasing activity shows demand has no signs of slowing down,” said Haywood. “Activity at Aviator will continue to remain strong as the park is providing tenants with flexibility in the size of spaces available and is in proximity to St. Louis Lambert Airport.”
