St. John Properties Promotes Brett Foelber to Assistant VP
St. John Properties, a commercial real estate development and management company based in Baltimore, has announced the promotion of Brett Foelber to assistant vice president of Marketing. Foelber, who initially joined the company in 2021 as Director of Marketing, will oversee all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts.
Foelber has more than 15 years of experience in marketing communications and previously served as marketing director for MCB Real Estate. He is actively involved in community activities, including serving as a Young Professional Board Member for The First Tee of Greater Baltimore and a Volunteer Leader at LifePoint Church.
“Brett is a highly skilled and self-starting professional who has had a tremendous influence on all facets of our marketing efforts since he joined our team in 2021,” stated Matt Lenihan, senior vice president of Leasing for St. John Properties.
