St. John Properties Promotes Kenneth Findley to VP in Maryland

St. John Properties, Inc. has promoted Kenneth Findley to Vice President of Development in its Southern Maryland Regional Office. Findley has worked with the company since 2015 and previously served as Development Manager.

In his continuing role with the company, Findley will oversee key aspects of the real estate development process, including permitting, design oversight, and collaborating with civil engineering, landscape design, and legal teams. This work includes coordinating with government agencies in Charles, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Wicomico counties to facilitate all entitlement and zoning requirements. Findley will also support site evaluation and due diligence activities throughout those counties in Maryland.

He has 20 years of commercial real estate development experience and is a licensed professional engineer. Key projects in the Southern Maryland Regional Office portfolio include Melford Town Center, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use community, and Berry Pointe, a 600,000-square-foot business park in Waldorf.
