Ashburn, VA-based St. John Properties, Inc. has promoted Gavin Mauzy to project manager, interior construction for the company’s VA and Central MD regional office. In his continuing role, he will manage tenant build-out projects throughout the St. John Properties portfolio of business communities across Northern VA and Central MD.

Mauzy joined the commercial real estate development and management company in 2021 and was formerly assistant project manager. Prior to joining St. John Properties Inc., he worked as a project engineer for The Whiting-Turner Company.

St. John Properties, Inc.s’ development pipeline throughout Frederick and NoVa currently exceeds 2.4 million square feet of space, including Ashburn Crossing, an 80-acre business community in Ashburn comprising more than 570,000 square feet of flex/R&D space; Leesburg Tech Park, a 160,000 square foot business community in Leesburg; and Riverside Tech Park, a 70-acre business community with more than 750,000 square feet of flex/R&D and retail space in Frederick.
