St. John Properties, First Home Mortgage Agree to Two-Property Lease in Baltimore
St. John Properties, Inc., has signed First Home Mortgage Corporation to two separate leases for nearly 20,000 square feet of space in Baltimore. The residential lending company secured 17,048 square feet in 6211 Greenleigh Avenue for its new corporate offices and 2,319 square feet in 415 Williams Court to support its IT team. Relocation to the mixed-use community will be in 2022.
Matt Lenihan of St. John Properties represented the landlord, while Paul Obrecht III and Patrick Smith of Blue & Obrecht Realty and Brendan Lough of JLL represented the client.
“The sustained velocity of the residential housing market in Baltimore County has created the need for additional space to handle the demand, and we believe our new location within a fast-growing residential area in Greenleigh will provide on-going opportunities,” stated Steve Lagana, president of First Home Mortgage Corporation. “This location is central to our current and expected customers.”
