St. John Properties Finds Taker for 30K SF at Pelican Point Commerce Center in Gonzales
St. John Properties and J.W. Logistics, LLC, a company specializing in the last-mile fulfillment and delivery of appliances, home goods and other retail goods, have signed a lease for the latter to take 30,120 square feet of space at 8200 Highway 44 within the Pelican Point Commerce Center in Gonzales, LA.
Todd Pevey with St. John Properties represented landlord St. John Properties in the lease transaction. Kent McCoy with Centric Commercial represented the tenant.
8200 Highway 44 is equipped with 16-foot clear ceilings and rear dock doors and is surrounded by a surface parking lot. Pelican Point Commerce Center is a 32-acre development that, at full build-out, will support approximately 265,000 square feet of flex/R&D, commercial office and bulk space. St. John Properties is currently building a high-bay warehouse with 83,000 square feet of space within the complex.
Pelican Point Commerce Center is adjacent to Louisiana Regional Airport, 30 miles from Baton Rouge, and 60 miles from New Orleans.
