St. John Properties Acquires Baltimore Flex Property for $9M

St. John Properties has acquired 7152 Windsor Mill Road, a single-story, 58,000-square-foot commercial flex building in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore County. The sales price was $8.5 million.

Built in 1985, the facility is situated on a nearly five-acre lot and features 16-foot ceiling heights, two dock loading doors and a parking field. The property is currently fully leased by American defense, aviation, information technology and biomedical research company Leidos.

Bob Filley of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Klein Enterprises, in the transaction. Klein Enterprises purchased the property in 2018.
