St. David’s Inks 10-Year Renewal Deal at Bailey Square

St. David’s Healthcare Partnership signed a 10-year renewal lease for 42,600 square feet at Bailey Square, 1111 W. 34th St. in Austin. The healthcare system, one of the largest in Texas, inked the deal with property owner Senior Housing Properties Trust.

Transwestern’s Will Stewart represented the landlord. St. David’s Healthcare Partnership was advised by Theresa Ellington of HCFD Realty Management Inc.

RMR Group LLC, an operating subsidiary of RMR Group Inc., has responsibility for managing the four-story, 70,505-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building north of downtown Austin. Additional tenants include Austin Gastroenterology, Bailey Square Surgery Center and CPL Medical Testing Laboratory.
