St. Croix Capital Appoints Leadership Team

St. Croix Capital Corp., a local full-service commercial real estate company, appointed a full-fledged leadership team with an eye toward developing a series of projects, including the second phase of Airport Gateway in southeast Austin and continuation of the mixed-use Gateway to Falconhead in Bee Cave.

The appointees include:

• John Collins, who has been named partner and managing director of Advisory Services, and executive director of the company.
• Stephen DePizzo, who has been named managing director of the Realty Advisors group.
• Reed Boyd, who has been named managing director of Construction Strategies Management Group LLC.
• Wes Wells, who has been named managing director of the Capital Markets Group.
• Matthew Kenyon, who has been named managing director of the Multi-Family and Student Housing Group.

Six other team members were also added to expand the company’s brokerage, property management, marketing and accounting departments.
