SSRGA Acquires Real Estate Law Firm Turek Roth Grossman

Law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA) said Turek Roth Grossman LLP will join the firm effective Oct. 17, 2022. Turek Roth Grossman, a New York-based real estate, business and litigation firm, will practice under the SSRGA name. 

Allen M. Turek, Jeremy S. Roth, Jason A. Grossman and Gaddi Goren of Turek Roth Grossman will become partners in SSRGA, while Jeffrey Gibilaro will join as an associate. All will operate out of SSRGA’s headquarters office at 444 Madison Ave. 

Turek Roth Grossman’s real estate law and litigation practice services a wide range of clients including cooperative and condominium boards, developers, construction companies, commercial entities, real estate agents, hotel operators, service providers, financial institutions, trusts and individuals. Firm members are also experienced in standard and complex business transactions and negotiations, commercial leasing, hospitality, commercial litigation, employment/restrictive covenant disputes, business divorces, construction law, landlord-tenant disputes and ADA Act defense.
