SRSA Adds Baton Rouge Office
SRSA Commercial Real Estate and Property Management has opened its office in Baton Rouge. For over 30 years, SRSA has been active in Gulf South real estate and property management. Jeanne Bourgeois Avant will head the Baton Rouge office, located in Esplanade Shopping Center at 5112 Corporate Blvd Suite A.
“SRSA has always been active in the Baton Rouge market. The opening of our Baton Rouge office is the next step in providing the best service to our clients,” said SRSA’s Barry Spizer.
Recent SRSA deals in Baton Rouge include Floor & Décor, Total Wine, Mattress Firm, LOPA office relocation, Motorola Solutions, Inc., and Morris Bart’s office expansion. SRSA’s listings in the capital city include the former Sears at the Mall of Louisiana, the former Allstate building on Florida Blvd, and O’Neal Plaza Shopping Center.
