SRS Tapped to Sell Two-Property Washington D.C. Retail Portfolio

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has been tapped to sell a two-property retail portfolio in Washington D.C. Rick Fernandez and Andrew Fallon of SRS are representing the seller, Frederick Partners in the sale.

The fully-renovated properties include 1947 14th Street NW, which is leased to Capital One Bank, Workspace Powered by Cove and DC Row as well as 3131 M. Street NW in Georgetown, which is fully leased to Levain Bakery in its first expansion out of New York. The portfolio asking price is $25 million.

“This portfolio of fully leased, iconic real estate in the city’s strongest retail markets, offers a buyer long-term, corporate-guaranteed, triple net leases with virtually no landlord responsibilities,” said Fernandez.
