SRS Tapped to Lease BeltLine-Adjacent Retail Space at Atlanta’s Echo Street West

Lincoln Property Co., the real estate firm leading the mixed-use development of Echo Street West on Atlanta’s Westside, has tapped SRS Real Estate Partners to lease the retail space at the 19-acre development.

SRS is leasing 50,000 square feet of retail space facing the recently opened Atlanta BeltLine Westside Connector Trail. Set to deliver in late 2022, the retail at Echo Street West was designed to create a gathering place for the existing Westside neighborhood, for new residents and tenants, and to provide a unique destination for pedestrians walking from Downtown to the new Westside Park at Bellwood Quarry. When completed, Echo Street West will span 2.4 million square feet of mixed-use space. The first phase encompasses 300,000 square feet of creative office, 50,000 square feet of retail, more than three acres of outdoor entertainment and gathering areas and 300 multifamily units.

“We are focused on developing an urban district that will benefit both the existing neighborhood and future generations, especially as this area continues to grow with Georgia Tech, Microsoft and now Apple all investing heavily in the surrounding neighborhood,” said Tony Bartlett, executive vice president at LPC. “Partnering with an accomplished leasing team like SRS is a critical step in creating a destination reflective of the unique village we are developing.”
