SRS Realty has announced a trio of new leases at Burbank Town Center, the 1.2 million-square-foot retail center anchoring downtown Burbank. The largest of these new tenants, at 43,355 square feet, is Round 1 Bowling & Amusement, a multi-entertainment facility offering bowling, arcade games, billiards, private party rooms with karaoke,  and food and drink. Round 1 will open March 2020.

A second lease includes a full-service restaurant by Michael Kwan Restaurant concepts, called Han Korean BBQ, scheduled to open late 2020 at Burbank Town Center’s Magnolia Blvd. entrance, part of a nearly $70 million renovation of the center that includes its new dining terrace constructed above the entry.

Panini Kabob Grill is the first operator for Burbank Town Center’s dining terrace, which features expansive views of downtown Los Angeles, with large patios, and convenient access via a new exterior escalator.
