SRS Real Estate to Open D.C. Office

SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the opening of its 28th office, to be located in Washington D.C. Andrew Fallon has been hired as executive managing director for the National Net Lease Group, and market leader for the new office.

Fallon’s expertise encompasses many areas, including net lease brokerage, commercial land brokerage, real estate underwriting, and litigation project management. Prior to joining SRS, Andrew was executive managing director with Calkain Companies, where he also served as a member of the Executive Committee.

“Andrew’s arrival, and the new office opening in D.C., indicates great strides for the National Net Lease Group, and Andrew’s status in the market will be an asset to our recruiting efforts as we continue to grow that office,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal of the National Net Lease Group.
