SRS Real Estate Secures Two New Leases for Noble Properties

SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged two new retail leases totaling 9,408 square feet on behalf of Noble Properties at Tequesta Shoppes and Hollywood Festival Shopping Center.

SRS Vice President Brandon Woulfe represented Noble Properties in both transactions.

Five Below is opening its first location in Tequesta, FL. The specialty discount store leased 8,508 SF at Tequesta Shoppes, 115 N US Highway 1, Tequesta, FL.

J & G Electronics, an electronics repair shop, opening its first brick and mortar location,  leased 900 SF at Hollywood Festival Shopping Center, 6601Taft Street, Hollywood, FL.

“National retailers continue to be drawn to the strong demographics in South Florida, and we have high demand for a limited amount of retail space,” said Woulfe. “Vacancies in high traffic community centers like Tequesta and Hollywood offer property owners the opportunity to create a more desirable tenant mix that appeals to the surrounding communities.”
