SRS Real Estate Partners Opens New Office in Portland Metro

Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners has expanded into the Pacific Northwest, adding six new team members as it opens a new office in the Portland, OR submarket of Vancouver, WA. After exiting the region in 2019, the firm has reintroduced coverage for clients, increasing its reach throughout Oregon and Washington.

The team will be led by Managing Principal and Market Leader Matt Martinez (pictured), founder of M&M Real Estate Consultants. Martinez has over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, and will be tasked with guiding the team through business activities and deal transactions.

Joining Martinez in Vancouver will be senior associates Candice Kelly and Raleigh Lau, associate Kim Phan with Dok Barley and Lindsay Garcia as coordinators.

“I am excited to welcome Matt’s team to the company. Re-entering the market with a well-established team will give us the ability to quickly respond to the needs of our clients in the region,” said SRS CEO Chris Maguire.

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace. He attended San Jose State University with a BA in Radio and TV Broadcasting and currently resides in the Lake Tahoe area where he gets to frequently enjoy all of his favorite activities: Golfing, Fishing, Hiking and Skiing.
