SRS Real Estate Hires Jon Florin as VP in South Florida

SRS Real Estate Partners hired Jon Florin as first vice president of the National Net Lease Group in the firm’s South Florida office. As part of the growing National Net Lease Group team in Florida, he will focus on the disposition and acquisition of net-leased retail investments.

With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Florin has closed more than $700 million in retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and hotel transactions over his career. In his most recent role, he was founder and CEO of CRELoans.com, an online financing intermediary for commercial real estate investors and developers.

SRS’ National Net Lease Group completed more than 300 sales in 2018, and has more than $1.1 billion in assets currently listed for sale across more than 40 states.
