SRS Real Estate Hires Eric Suffoletto as Managing Director in Boston

SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Eric Suffoletto as managing director in the firm’s Boston office as part of the National Net Lease Group. Suffoletto will lead the National Net Lease Group’s efforts out of the Boston office to establish and advance their presence in the New England market.

Suffoletto was most recently a senior director with JLL Capital Markets. He specializes on the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net-leased properties throughout the U.S., including 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, and portfolio analysis. He has worked with a wide range of clients including private investors, family offices, private equity groups, merchant developers, public and privately-held REITs, and institutional and offshore capital. Throughout his career, Eric has executed over $1.2 billion in transaction value across 28 states.
