SRS Real Estate Brokers $8M Sale of Retail Property in Mississippi

SRS Real Estate Partners National Net Lease Group has brokered the $8.3 million sale of a 62,916-square-foot retail property fully occupied by Academy Sports+Outdoors in Starkville.

Britt Raymond, Kyle Fant, Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of SRS represented the seller, a southeast-based merchant developer, as well as the buyer, an Orange County, CA-based private investor who was in a 1031 exchange, in the transaction.

Built in 2017, the property is located at 160 Hollywood Blvd., near the intersection of Stark Road and State Highway 12, which sees a total of more than 38,000 vehicles passing on a daily basis. It is also nearby retailers that include Walmart, Kroger, Lowe’s, Dollar Tree and AutoZone.
