SRS Real Estate Brokers $6M Sale of Net-Leased Retail Property in Mississippi
SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has arranged the $6.3 million sale of a net-leased retail property occupied by Walgreens in Jackson, MS.
Located at 310 Meadowbrook Road, the property was built in 2015 and is situated on nearly two acres. The 14,550-square-foot property is absolute triple net leased to Walgreens Corp. and has 15 years remaining on its lease term. The asset is surrounded by a number of national retailers including Burger King, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar.
Matthew Mousavi, Patrick Luther and Parker Walter of SRS represented the buyer, a Northeast-based family office who paid all-cash and was in a 1031 exchange. The undisclosed seller was represented by Mark Ruble of Marcus & Millichap.
