SRS Real Estate Brokers $6M Sale of Naples Retail Property

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has arranged the $5.8 million sale of a retail property occupied by 7-Eleven in Naples, FL.

Located at 4704 Golden Gate Parkway, the property includes a 3,500-square-foot store and 16 gas pumps. The property is well-located in a densely populated area and is nearby a number of retail and restaurants including Dollar Tree, Winn-Dixie and Dairy Queen Grill & Chill.

Michael Carter and Frank Rogers of SRS’ Detroit office represented the seller, a Florida-based merchant developer, in the transaction. The buyer was a private investor in a 1031 exchange and was represented by Brad Thessing, Roger Massell and Chris Twist of Thessing Commercial Properties.
