SRS Real Estate Brokers $27M Sale of Naples Retail Center

SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $26.5-million sale of Stock Plaza, a 65,297-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Naples. Located at 7735 Collier Blvd., the five-building property was completed in 2018 and is currently 98% occupied by 13 tenants. The tenant roster includes NCH Healthcare, Sherwin Williams, Five Guys, AT&T, and Tropical Smoothie Café.

Britt Raymond, Kyle Fant, Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of the SRS National Net Lease Group represented the seller, Naples-based Stock Development, in the transaction. The buyer was an unnamed New York-based private family office.

“Stock Plaza was attractive to many buyer profiles because of its ideal mix of daily neighborhood tenants and the anchor of a reputable healthcare concept,” said Britt Raymond, vice president at SRS. “The buyer demand for this asset type has increased as shopping center buyers seek properties with less big box risk and Amazon-proof uses.”
