SRS Real Estate Brokers $17M Sale of Metro D.C. Shopping Center

SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $17 million sale of a 25,500-square-foot shopping center in the Washington D.C. suburb of Vienna, VA. Andrew Fallon and Rick Fernandez of SRS represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. The seller was also undisclosed.

Located at 225 Maple Avenue East, the fully-leased shopping center is located on more than two acres and is situated on Vienna’s main throughway and retail corridor, Route 123. Current tenants at the center include retailers Walgreens and Petco.

“The buyer was drawn to this stabilized, credit-anchored tenancy and the generational quality of the real estate, which is ideally positioned in the heart of Vienna’s dense commercial core,” said SRS’ Fallon.
