SRS Promotes Kyle Fant to Capital Markets MD
SRS Real Estate Partners has promoted Kyle Fant to managing director & co-market leader for the Capital Markets practice in New York.
He joined SRS as a senior vice president in 2017 and haas since been involved in capital markets transactions in New York City and throughout the eastern United States. Together with his partner, Britt Raymond, managing director & co-market Leader, the team has handled over $1 billion worth of net lease asset transactions in 28 states.
Fant, with nearly a decade of experience in investment sales of net lease properties, serves a diverse client base, including merchant developers, private and public institutions, family offices, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, and multi-unit franchise operators.
