SRS Launches National Net Lease Group; Top 10 STNL Team Joins

Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) launched a collaborative platform for investors in single-tenant and net lease retail properties nationwide. The newly formed SRS National Net Lease Group will be led by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, formerly of Faris Lee Investments.

Based in the retail advisory firm’s Newport Beach office, the pair will oversee net lease teams across the U.S., manage marketing and transactions, as well as lead investment sales for all other retail property types in Southern California.

Mousavi and Luther bring 20 years of combined single-tenant net lease investment experience, and are consistently ranked among the nation’s top 10 STNL teams. They’ve closed more than $2 billion worth of transactions, including more than 250 closings in the last three years across more than 40 states.

About Dennis Kaiser
