SRS Expands in San Diego, Adds Three

SRS Real Estate Partners expanded its SoCal footprint, with the addition of an office in San Diego. Three new brokers will anchor the team, including Sam Hanna, Bryan Raphaelson and Michael Lagazo.

Hanna and Raphaelson join from Marcus & Millichap. Lagazo previously had dual roles with SVN in San Diego, as well as Aldi’s SoCal roll-out.

The trio will join SRS’s National Net Lease Group (NNLG), Hanna, as a senior vice president, and Raphaelson as an associate. The pair will provide advisory services for investors of single-tenant and net lease properties in San Diego and nationally. Lagazo joins as vice president, and will provide tenant and landlord services as a part of SRS’ Southern California team.

The San Diego office gives SRS’ clients expanded coverage along the West Coast, and marks the 21st SRS office in the U.S.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
