SRS Distribution Targets Hub 121 for Corporate HQ

National building products firm SRS Distribution Inc. announced plans to build a new corporate headquarters at Hub 121, a 22-acre, mixed-use development in McKinney, TX. KDC will build the four-story, 100,000-square-foot building on four acres beginning spring 2019.

SRS Distribution is currently at 5900 S. Lake Forest Dr. in McKinney, and has been in business since 2008. The company operates under 28 local brands, from 250 locations in 44 states. McKinney Economic Development Corp. will provide economic incentives to support the new campus, which is slated to add 150 jobs over the next 10 years.

Hub 121 is in the Craig Ranch development on State Highway 121. The $120-million development includes plans for restaurants, retail, office buildings and a hotel. Developer Shane Jordon acquired the acreage in 2017.
