SRS Brokers $5M Sale of Net-Leased 7-Eleven in Fort Myers
SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has brokered the $4.6 million sale of a 2,961-square-foot retail property currently net-leased by 7-Eleven. Located at 6715 Winkler Rd., the property was built in 2019 and has a new, 15 year corporate-guaranteed lease with 7-Eleven.
Frank Rogers and Michael Carter of SRS represented the seller, a Florida-based merchant developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a California-based private investor in a 1031 exchange, was also represented by SRS. Additionally, Ben Townsend of SRS secured financing on behalf of the buyer.
