SRS Brokers $2M Sale of Retail Property in West Georgia

SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has brokered the $2.2 million sale of a single-tenant retail property occupied by McDonald’s in Carrollton, GA.

Located at 1175 Bankhead Highway, the 5,577-square-foot property was built in 2006 and includes a double drive-thru. There are more than 45,500 residents within a five-mile radius of the property. There are six years remaining on the lease.

Sheree Strome and Michael Berk of SRS represented the seller, a Virginia-based private investor who was in a 1031 exchange. The buyer, a private investor from California who was also in a 1031 exchange, was represented by Matthews REIS.
