SRS Arranges $4M Sale of Retail Property in Brooksville
SRS Real Estate Partners arranged the $3.7-million sale of an 8,650-square-foot retail property in Brooksville.
Located at 12320 and 12332 Cortez Blvd., the property is currently fully occupied by Mattress One, First Watch, and Tijuana Flats. Built in 2017, the property is situated on nearly two acres. It is located within a larger retail center, and surrounded by a densely-populated area with more than 80,000 people within a five-mile radius.
Patrick Nutt and Connor Barton of SRS represented the seller, a Florida-based retail developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a Florida-based multi-tenant retail property investor, was represented by Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate – SVN.
