Sr. Living Investors Obtain $76M Refi on Naples Property

BWE arranged a $76 million refinancing on behalf of a joint venture between Harbert Management Company and Senior Resource Group for The Carlisle Naples, a senior living community in Naples. Ryan Stoll and Taylor Mokris facilitated the financing. The sponsor ultimately selected a non-recourse bridge loan with a 5-year term, a competitive floating rate, and full-term interest-only payments.

The Carlisle Naples features 350 luxury units, including 257 Independent Living units and 93 Assisted Living units, operated by SRG. The sponsor recently completed an extensive capital improvement plan during the pandemic, driving both occupancy and rates post-renovation. This property spans over 18 acres.

Harbert Management Corporation is an investment management firm focusing on alternative assets, with approximately $8.3 billion in Regulatory Assets Under Management. A privately owned firm founded in 1993, HMC serves foundations, endowments, funds of funds, pension funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across multiple asset classes.
